1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using pulototo services through the pulototo.vip website, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated on this page. pulototo reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if a violation of these terms and conditions is found, suspicious activity is detected, or fraud is indicated. Suspended accounts cannot access services for the duration of the review period. If a user wishes to close their account voluntarily, a request can be submitted through the customer support team. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, provided all verification requirements have been met. Accounts closed due to serious violations are not entitled to a refund of any remaining balance if fraud or misuse of the service is proven.
